The Homestead was built in 1925 for David Nathan and his family, and is situated on just over 9 acres of exquisite lawn and gardens. It was lived in by the Nathan family until 1982, and is now owned by the Manukau City Council. The Homestead has been kept in it's original state, which adds to its charm, and is a unique setting for all types of functions.

It is located in Hill Road, Manurewa, only 15 minutes from Auckland International Airport. It is 30 minutes from the Auckland's CBD, and only 5 minutes from the Manukau City Shopping Centre. It is very close to the Southern Motorway, with easy access to both southern and northern lanes.
