Where and When?

Regular meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 7.30pm at the St Pauls Church Hall on the corner of Boswell Street and Station Road Kamo, Whangarei.

What can the club do for me?

Photo Evaluation:

Members may take advantage of the monthly competitions to receive constructive criticism of their images. Entries in competitions may be submitted as Prints (On the back of each entry please include - The competition type, Monochrome or colour, Your grade, Your membership number& Photo title), or as a Digital File - submitted on a memory stick.
There is no pressure to enter competitions and entries remain anonymous.

Workshops: are held on the third Wednesday of the month and include basics for beginners thru to more
advanced workshops on digital manipulations. Extra workshops may be requested by members covering
any topic they may not fully understand. We have a wealth of knowledge within the club and a
willingness to share skills. Guest speakers are sometimes invited to share their knowledge and keep us
up to date with new trends.

Outings: The club organises a number of outings during the year. Some are local and on others we
venture further afield either car pooling or taking a bus. These trips have included visits to the Auckland
Zoo, Waiere Bolders and Opononi.

What does annual membership cost?

Single $40,    Double or Family $50,   Student $25,

there is a two dollar door fee charged at each meeting to cover hall hire and supper.

Potential new members are encouraged to attend two or three meetings before becoming financial.
